Hand-operated multiple - toothed clippers.- An implement for plucking and gathering tea comprises two comb-shaped blades b, c (the lower blade c being connected to a pan a), and fixed and movable operating-bandles f, h pivoted at g. The blade b is slidably fixed to the blade c by screws e, e1 working in slots therein and cover-plates d, d1, and is actuated by the handle h pivoted to it at i and working in a slot j in the pan. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 9353/92.
