Building-motions.-In a slubbing, intermediate, or roving frame, in the train of gears which actuates the racks to lift and lower the bobbin rail c, the gear e, which can be moved along its spindle f by the hand-lever k to allow the rail c to be operated by hand, is formed with a hole of square, polygonal, or other non-circular section to co-act with a correspondingly shaped part of the spindle.
