Supports for stove bodies.-A " fender " or drip pan for supporting, and catching oil droppings from portable oil stoves, consists of a square plate 10 of metal with sides 11, 14, the upper edges of which have inwardly-turned and folded stiffening flanges 12, 15. The sides 14, which are opposite one another, have at their ends lugs 16 which are bent round the edges of the sides 11, and are secured by rivets or the like. The legs 3 of the stove are sprung into the corners of the pan, which is thus secured to the stove. In a modification, Fig. 7, the corners 22 of the plate are crimped as shown, and turned against the sides 21 of the pan. The upper parts 23 of the sides are then folded down along the lines a, and secure the crimping. The sides 21 are inwardly inclined, and overhang the ends of the legs of the stove.
