[Class 141] A corset &c. is provided rearwardly and interiorly with forwardly extending figure regulating and reducing means which comprise approximately triangularly-shaped pieces having the apical extremities in longitudinally extending elastic connection with non-stretchable fastening tabs which are adapted to position exteriorly and frontally of the garment where they are attached to buckles. In the form shown, triangular figure regulating pieces a are secured interiorly to a central back panel f, and have their apices attached to splayed elastic members b which pass through slits c to the exterior of the garment, and are attached to inelastic tabs d adjustably secured to buckles e. The corset comprises elastic side sections h: In a modification, the corset has a back lacing or a side fastening.
