A nesting arrangement for a poultry house comprises a compartment supported on legs within the house and having a central passageway p passing between two rows of nesting boxes, the nesting boxes comprising sloping floors o covered with rubber mats n, front partitions q, rear partitions m, and adjustable partitions T2 removably secured in slots and grooves in the partitions m and q. The partitions m are fixed by locking devices (not shown) to the ends of the compartment, and are spaced above the floors o to allow eggs to roll out of the nesting boxes to a compartment which is inaccessible to the birds, and from which eggs are collected through sliding doors e along the sides of the compartment.
