Title cpds. of formula (I): (where R and R1 are H or lower alkyl; R1 is lower alkyl, lower alkoxy or phenyl; R2 is lower alkyl; X is O or S and n is 0 or 1) are prepd. by reacting: in the presence of acid-acceptors or in the form of an alkali metal or ammonium salt with a corr. 2-(N-monochloroacetamidocarbonyl)-phenyl N-R-N-R1-carbamate. The cpds. have insecticidal and acaricidal activity with low phytotoxicity; they are also growth inhibitors and rodenticides.
