A process for producing a very thin electromagnetic steel sheet having a high-magnetic induction by the steps of hot-rolling a steel ingot containing less than 0.085 percent C, 0 to 4 percent Si, 0.003 to 0.100 percent S and 0.010 to 0.065 percent acid-soluble A1, subjecting the hot-rolled steel sheet to an intermediate annealing and further to cold-rollings of two times.
