Piezoelectric oxide material comprises as base material x Pb (Cd1/3 Nb2/3) O3.y Pb TiO Z PbZrO3 (where x = 50.0 - 1.0 mol.%, y = 34-64 mol.%, Z = 16-55 mol.% and x+y+z = 100 mol.%) contg. in wt.% based on base material 0.1-3.0 MnO2 0.1-12.0 WO3. The element oxides are ball mill mixed, presintered at 850 degrees C, mixed again, are pressure formed uwing PVA as binder and are sintered at 1100-1280 degrees C. High dielectric constant and quality factors are obtained.
