Roller meat press - esp for belly(streaky) bacon

Two sets of rollers, each with the axes of the rollers mutually parallel, are mounted in common frames and =1 of these is mounted so that it can be moved about a pivot axis parallel to the axes of the rollers so making a gap between the sets of rollers that narrows progressively from the input to the output side of the press. At least one of the rollers at the narrowest part of the gap is resiliently mounted and the springs used can have their initial stress adjusted. One rollers at least has a toothed profile esp. interrupted by =1 annular grooves around that roller. At least one set of rollers is enclosed by an endless belt. The belt around the lower rollers may be extended to run over idler rollers at each end so that it also acts as a conveyor belt. Meat remains flat after pressing and does not curl at the edges.
