A machine to remove sugar-crusted liqueur-filled shapes from their moulds and to rid them from powder contains a track on which the mould boxes are moved along in the inverted position. When their lids arrive at a stop, the boxes are opened and the shapes drop on an endless grid conveyor where the powder falls through into a container underneath. The shapes are then passed across a station where remaining traces of powder are removed by brushes and blow jets. They are finally coated all over with chocolate.
