Dimenisionally stable shuttering plates are made from corrugated, hard polystyrene or PVC foils 2 mm pref. 1mm thick which are applied to opposite faces of the frame opt. with adhesive, which can contain a reinforcing layer such as a matted fibre web, e.g. textile fabric or fibre glass embedded in it.
