Deep-drawn containers - from separate foil layers which are re-reeled for further use

Designed for yoghurt or other food or drinking containers, typical foils are outer layers of polystyrene with an inner layer of polyethylene, or outer PVC layers with a central polystyrene layer and a printed polyethylene layer. The individual foils are unrolled to pass through collecting rollers for pre-warming and deep-drawing. After stamping out the deep-drawn container, the foils are sepd. and re-reeled for further use to reduce wastage and cut the cost of container mfr.
