Digestible starch powder - for flans contg arrowroot starch and nutritive additives

Powdered food mixt. contains arrowroot starch, lactic yeasts rich in amino acids, cereal germs stabilised by autolysis and marine algae for gelification. A formula for the powder is :- 50 kg sugar cane extract, 2.900 5g marine algae, 0.500 kg arrowroot glucides, 1.00 kg wheat and soya germ stabilised, 1.00 kg lactic yeast, 0.045 kg dye and 0.427 kg flavour. The prod. is used to make fans.
