Diamond impregnated wheel dresser - is thin and contains fine diamond grit

The dresser for use on diamond and B carbide impregnated grinding wheels consists of a sintered metal disk having a max. thickness of 0.8 mm the diamond grit impregnation has a maximum particle size of 70 microns, pref. bet. 30 and 70 microns. The disk consists pref. of a W-carbide/Cu alloy. The fine particle size impregnation exercises a gentle dressing action which can be maintained, eliminating down time.
