Compsn contains a mixture of proteins, lipids, glycides and supplementary components or biocatalysts and aromas promoting a pleasant taste. The protein source is milk (creamed), oil cake, yeasts, algae, and is degraded to easily digested amino acids and low mol. wt. proteins by crude soya flour (delipidated). Methionin may be added to boost amino acids. Dried carrot or turnip leaves or extracts may be added to supply mineral salts and biocatalysts. Prod. has high nutritive value and creamed or diabetic character can be incorporated.
