Water-proof coating for use in the construction industry. Colouring can be added to the coating, giving a more attractive appearance to the building and it can be used on any external surface, whether horizontal or inclined. It can be applied on top of a layer of insulating material. Since it is dangerous to put insulating material on the outside of buildings, because of low fire-resistant properties, the use of a layer of water-proof coating on top of it greatly reduces the fire hazard and allows improved building insulation.
