N-methyl-N-(3-trifluoromethylphenylsulfenyl)-carbonyloxime-carbamates of the formula IMAGE (I) in which R1 and R2 each independently is hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, alkoxycarbonyl, aminocarbonyl or alkylthioalkyl, or together are IMAGE R3 is hydrogen or halogen, R4 is hydrogen or C1-C4 alkyl, and X is oxygen or sulfur, WHICH POSSESS INSECTICIDAL, ACARICIDAL, NEMATICIDAL, FUNGICIDAL AND BACTERICIDAL PROPERTIES.
