2-(Azol-1-yl)-aldoxime-carbamates of the formula ##STR1## wherein R. sup.1 and R.sup.2 each independently is alkyl or together form an alkylene bridge,PPR.sup.3 is hydrogen or alkyl, P PR.sup.4 is hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, halogenoalkyl, halogenoalkenyl, alkoxyalkyl or alkylthioalkyl, and PPAz is azolyl,PPwhich possess arthropodicidal and nematicidal properties.
