Air suspension for twin axled vehicles - has levelling valves with alternating pressure check valves to give independent suspension

The main axle is provided with four air bellows with the two on the same side connected and levelled independently by valves. The trailing axle is suspended independently to the main axle by two air bellows regulated by a levelling valve. The trailing axle can be raised to a load free position by a servo motor. The front axle is also air suspended and levelled so that the superstructure and axles maintain the same distance apart. The levelling valves are connected to an air storage tank and check valves which only shut off when the regulator valves on one side are not excited.
