High building construction element for production of services shafts, has a holder structure in which are fitted ducts for hot and cold water, drainage, heating water and ventilation and rain water drainage. Two respective services ducts are similarly constructed and fitted with central symmetry to the centre of the holding structure. Pref. all the ducts have connection pieces, all directed toward one side of the structure, and partially in a line one above the other, esp. for drainage, heating and cold and hot use water. Shafts can be constructed, already containing services ducting.
