Fastener for flat wall covering and masonry cover plates - is bolt held by dowel in masonry with head held in bracket on plate underside

The fastener, which is used for internal and external wall covering plates is held in a dowel which is fitted into a hole drilled into the masonry wall. A plastics or stainless steel bolt is screwed into this dowel. RECtangular pads made from hard rubber or from flexible plastics or from cork are adhesive bonded on the underside of all four corners of the plates. A bracket, which encloses the head of the bolt is glued at the position where the bolt comes into contact with the plate by means of a special adhesive. The plate is pressed on the bolt head and it is held there firmly due to the flexible pressure exerted by the corner pads. Correct adjustment is obtained by rotating the bolt until the plate reaches the designed level.
