The programme tape consists of an insulating carrier tape and metal contact tape with programme groove or division or of an electrically conductive carrier tape with insulating programme tape transferring its programme to the carrier tape by prior cutting-out and application on the carrier tape or of an insulating paper tape without carrier tape, with the programme cut out directly. The programme is scanned by point-by-point pressure of the pointer on the programme tape, so that a circuit to control the connected electrical or electronic switching circuits is closed or opened.
