There are interlocking serrations inside the connection between wall, or other fixed element, and cladding unit, for interval adjustment. The rectangle formed by the four units has one corner rigidly anchored in the cladding panel, the other corners being movable for adjustment purposes, with the holder arm's open end fitting in a wider loop, the tie bar passing through a slit in the horizontal spacer parallel to the building component surface, (the spacer resting on two carrier elements anchored in the component), and on through a hole in one end of the spacer corresponding to the tie bar's diameter, where there is a rest for an adjusting nut screwed on the top end of the tie bar; the other end of the spacer can move to and fro in the guide rail, the lower end of which is welded to the holder arm.
