Loading trailer for harvested crops - has a collector and a baling press with loading compartment for the pressed bales

The collector picking up the crop from the ground is positioned at the front end. Above it is a reception shaft extending the whole width of the collector and which is separated from the loading compartment by an upward-sloping, forward-projecting wall. A conveyor in the reception shaft takes the crop outwards on both sides of the centre, and consists of several counter-rotating forks. At both ends of the reception shaft is a compression duct running along the lengthwise direction of the loading-trailer sides. Each compression duct has a baling press consisting of a compression piston driven by a crosswise shaft mounted at the front of the loading trailer and driven by a crank gear at both sides. The baling press incorporates a knotting device and a needle.
