The cut-off tap for gas and fluid conduits has a flange with two passages for the connection of inflow and outflow. A cap is located on the flange and sealed, the inner upper surface of the base of which is located with clearance from the top surface of the flange. A disc is fitted rotatably on the top surface of the flange and contains two passages symmetrical to the holes in the flange, and there is a free space between the inner top surface of the cap, base and the surface of the disc facing it. A third hole in the disc connects to the inflow. The top surface of the flange has a circumferential recess in which the cap fits by means of its circumferential round flange.
