The tool has a tool shaft (1), an elongation tube (2) and a cleaning head (3), where the cleaning head is rotatably dipped with an extension (4) and a fluid inlet into a borehole. The tool shaft, the elongated tube and the cleaning head are connected in a torsion-proof manner. The extension has a triangular cross section with the bore hole for supplying fluid into a tip of the extension, where edges of the triangular cross section are provided with chamfers. The head and/or the extension are made of light metal, spring steel or plastic.
