Valve with cylindrical sleeved inlet and outlet branches is fitted between two severed ends of the spermic duct. Ball valve with transverse central aperture, and valve stem transverse aperture, fits in valve centre section. When valve stem aperture is in line with longitudinal valve centre line, the valve is closed, and is open when this stem aperture is transverse to valve centre line. Before insertion of the cylindrical in and outlet sleeves into spermic duct, a gold fine wire mesh is wrapped around the sleeves to create a homogeneous cellular fixture between spermic duct and sleeves. For aligning purposes of the two spermic duct ends, a needle pointed at each end is temporarily inserted during implantation through the valve transverse aperture, so that each pointed end aligns each duct end section. Surgeon removes needle after implant simply by pushing the needle along part of the transverse hole in ball valve aperture, till it penetrates the duct wall tissue, after which it is withdrawn.
