Fabric panel cutting process - in which assembly of certain edges produces garment

A single fabric panel is cut so that assembly of certain edges produces a garment, the panel having a main central portion forming pref. the front of the garment and side portions which form pref. the lower part of the back of the garment. Extending obliquely from the upper part of the central portion are elongate sleeve portions, which when folded into a tube and secured from sleeves, the longitudinal axes of the sleeve portions being inclined at an angle =50 degrees but =150 degrees (pref. 130 degrees). Extending from the upper edges of the sleeve portions are auxiliary (pref. back) portions which form the upper region of the back of the garment when folded over. The method may be used for making shirts, blouses, anoraks, surgical gowns etc.
