Pneumatic actuators are used for both sets of doors because they are easier to fit to existing swinging and sliding doors without excessive alternations. The power circuit for these doors is operated from a control box, and also from the vehicle itself using radio control. Push buttons and/or photoelectric devices may be used for the static controls. The electronic control system set in motion by a relay system and actuated by a special code is intended to provide a safeguard against robbery. This includes opening of the courtyard doors as soon as the correct code is given, even after wrong codes have been issued, and opening of the garage doors only when the correct code has been issued the first time.
