The ends of the bars are loosely inserted into bell-shaped attachments (3) screwed to the posts (1). Each post consists of three sections (9-11) on top of each other which are centred by means of hollow bolts (12). The top post-section (11) is in the form of a cap and screwed to a section (4) welded at the other end to a foot (15) screwed to or concreted in a socket. Two pairs of flanges (8) are welded vertically on top of each other at the middle post-section (10), whilst two other pairs of flanges are welded to the top end of the bottom post section (9) or to the bottom end of the top post section (11). The bar-attachments (3) are firmly screwed to the semicircular outer edges of the flanges (8).
