The housing (1) is sealed by a screw cap closure (7) secured by an adhesive sealing mass. The spacing between the bearings (4, 5) for the rotatable eccentric (6) is determined by a distance pipe (8). A channel (13) is drilled in the eccentric and is connected to a reservoir of oil (15) via a suction tube (14) pressed onto its lower end. The oil collects in a hollow (16) so that by rotating the eccentric the oil is sucked up the channel (17) into a hollow pin (11) at its upper end, where it is formed into a spray and accelerated radially to the bearings. The pressure of the lubricant is increased with the aid of a stationary diffusor (10). This design of vibrator offers improved lubrication and cooling of moving parts.
