A transformer can be connected to the protective conductor through a switch at either 65 V or 24 V without being overloaded. - Correct connection of the contacts in the socket under test and correst insertion of the safety plug are indicated by lamps before each test. The transformer secondary is connected in such a way through a single-core cable with a further lamp to a test probe, that contact between the test probe and other parts of the protected system is indicated by this lamp.
