Recirculating wet dust remover for gases - having venturi spray section, means of disentrainment and recycle fan

Wet type dust remover for gas streams consists of a venturi scrubber followed by a droplet remover. A proportion of the clean gas is recycled by some means other than a nozzle, esp. by a fan impeller. The recirculation rate should be between 3 to 5 times the feed rate. The device of the parent patent used a nozzle to recycle the gas, this only has an energy efficiency of ca. 30% while a fan has an energy efficiency of 75-80%.
