Ambulance comprises a separate ventilated patient's cabin which is sealed off from the outside with a germ-free atmosphere and in which are installed several spray nozzles connected to a disinfectant tank and mounted one behind the other. The nozzles are supplied with disinfectant by a pressure pump, and the bottom of the cabin beneath which the tank is mounted includes a drain leading to the tank. Some of the nozzles may be stationary and others movable e.g. in the form of a Segner water wheel. Air sucked in from the engine is mixed and burnt with the fuel.
