The house, which is suitable for use in a garden, or for holiday and leisure activities, is easily movable, and has roof surfaces, of equal size on both sides, reaching right down to the base. It consists of prefabricated elements, each comprising one or more base part components and two or more roof surface part components. Arranged in a row, these form the house unit, which is detachably fixed on a foundation made of concrete, wood or steel. Detachably interconnected plumbing and electrical service fittings may be incorporated in the prefabricated elements in the assembled state. Each element may incorporate an intermediate floor, for use as a sleeping place or store, to be reached by a staircase which can be unfolded down to the base.
