A channel system is formed in the upper section (2) of the weighing container (1) on all sides round a box-shaped inner container (8) which holds the cement. The channel system consists of an inner channel (10) on the inside of the inner container (8) and an outer channel (11). The positioning wall (12) is cut out similar to a window and covered by filter cloths (13). The inner container (8) and the outer channel (11) terminate in a collecting duct (14) which is located on top of the upper section (2) of the weighing container. The collecting duct (14) is connected via removal ducts (15, 16) to the mixer.
