Wet gas scrubber with jet impingement - being high velocity jets impinging on surfaces to give fine secondary spray

The jet are arranged in a series of clusters inside a cylindrical chamber. Behind the cluster are pair of concentric cylinder arranged so that a cluster impinges on each inner surface thus formed. The first cluster has three jets mounted on arms radiating at 60 degrees from the centre to impinge on the outer chamber walls. The others impinge from the centre. The fine spray thus created gives excellent separation efficiency.
