The horizontal face (1) has a line of folding (15) in the centre and two lines of folding (12, 12a) which separate the horizontal part from the vertical faces (3, 3a). The horizontal face also has at least one band (16, 16a) which is folded so as to come in contact with the forehead of the user and is folded along two lines of folding (17, 18, 17a, 18a) on either side of openings (19, 19a). The lateral vertical faces are extended by two branches (13, 13a) which are joined at their extremities by some means of hooking.
