The greenhouse structure is formed by plastic film borne on arched plastic transverse frames, and features sliding aeration panels and a transverse frame which can be released to return to verticality. The structure has frame anchors, sheet binding straps and end frames allow greater frame spacing. Frame anchors constitute a bi-apertured plate (k) receiving the frame leg and a driven pin (1) which secures the leg. Binding straps constitute strengthening bands (d, h) locating on transverse film sheet edges and connecting to adjacent bands via elasticated traction links. End frames are strengthened via the introduction of internal reinforcing tubes. Sheet edge bands can also fasten directly to the frame, and intermediary frames resisting wind forces and comprising two half tubes welded together at the apex are employed.
