The invention is a process for building a lamination of a fiberglass reinforced polyester resin on a rotating continuous belt forming a spirally rotating mandrel consisting of pouring resin on the top of the mandrel from a substantially horizontal surface, depositing chopped strands of fiberglass onto the surface of the resin and impressing the chopped fiberglass into the resin with parallel strands of a suitable material.
