METHOD OF AND REGENERATING PLANT FOR REGENERATING REJECTS SEPARATED FROM A SUSPENSION IN A PAPER MAKING PROCESS

Treatment of reject material (separated coarse components, splinters and fibre bundles insufficiently fibrillated) arising in mechanical or chemical wood pulp present in aq. suspension, during fibrillation and classification, to give high quality feed for paper millboard or cardboard mfr. by first thickening the material to a consistency of 60% followed by fine grinding (fibrillation) in this dewatered form in dry mills, pref. impact disintegration mills, then again bringing it into suspension and thereafter adding it to the aqs. wood pulp suspension.
