High capacity water superheater - has headers joined by tubes forming combustion chamber wall and convection section

The two main headers are situated one at top and one at the bottom of the combustion chamber. The headers are joined by tubes which form the outside walls of the combustion chamber and the convection portion. This part is transversed directly by the flue gases which are evacuated by the delivery cone connected to the chimney. The heater body is able to expand freely within the heat exchanger at the face of the heater. The heating equipment is enclosed within the cross headers.
