A silicon cushion is used to transfer the screen-printing ink from the screen onto any curved product to be printed. The cushion sits on the end of an arbor which is steered by a cam wheel to descend twice, once to about half max. depth. The screen plate transfers the ink from the plate to the silicon cushion. The second dip is to full depth. This time the product to be printed is slid underneath to receive the image.
