The matrix grid module is greater than 100 mum and one sensor is provided in each matrix element. Each sensor element consist of a known CID element filling the whole matrix module. Both electrodes of the CID element are divided in an even number of not less than four electrode elements (11, 12) separated by gaps (15), and they are arranged in a series of rows and columns, and each second electrode in the array is connected with the next reduction. One half of these electrode elements forms one electrode, and the other half forms the other electrode.
