Cover strip for double or single leaf doors - swings aside from gap to allow opening and closing

A cover for double or single-leaf door joints, where the edge of each door projects from the surface, extends along most of the length of the door/frame, and is a moulding arranged in front of the projections pivoting in the plane of the door and covering the joint. This moulding is attached to a support rod and a sprung hinge. The projections and the moulding have external surface areas which interact when the door is opened/closed so that when one of the doors is opened/closed, the surface areas of the door and the moulding slide one against the other and the projection is pushed by the resulting lateral force into a position freeing the door for opening/closing.
