The sound insulated driver's cab is intended for assembly on to a tractor and comprises a floor (10). The cab has one or more operating elements (48) which engage the brake, clutch or accelerator pedal (49) of the tractor when the cab is in position. The element (48) may be pivoted (53) to the cab, and it may be spring-loaded (57). It may be so arranged that, in the rest position, it does not engage the tractor pedal. It may have a collar (54) which, in the rest position, closes the passage (55) through the cab floor. The collar may be covered with a sound absorbent material (56).
