The mobile hospital vehicle is for use in remote areas, having a driving portion and a closed body with the necessary equipment for the treatment of accident cases together with two swing doors in the rear wall. The body has two or more stretchers one above the other, detachably secured to a base structure. The latter is movable through an angle between the travel position parallel to the lengthwise direction of the vehicle and a second one inclined to it, for loading an unloading, slides are included to allow the pivoting movement.
