The pushpull power amplifier has adequate negative voltage feedback even with low voltage supplies and low-ohmic loads. A second transistor is coupled in parallel with each output transistor. The negative feedback signal passes from this second transistor to the input transistor via a resistor. Both second transistors have collector resistors greater than the load resistance. The two pushpull halves of the amplifier are driven by the output of a phase inverter. The load is connected between the collectors of the two output transistors and has a tapping connected to one supply pole.
