The integrated direct voltage amplifier, consists of an input stage a single transistor buffer stage and a power output stage. The power output stage consists of two complementary transistors in a push-pull configuration with overall negative feedback. The input stage is formed by an operational amplifier (5) which supplies the buffer stage. The overall feedback from the output stage (14) is via a resistor (22). The output current is limited and cross-over distortion is reduced.
