Compsn. for treating haemorrhoids contains dried finely ground pith from the stalks of mature sunflowers (I). Pref. it also contains pollen gathered by bees (II). A pref. compsn. contains 100g(I) and 20-25g. pollen (corresp. to 15 comb cells). The compsn. is made up into suitable forms for oral administration.
